· Do we provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
We take care of all supplies and equipment. You do not need to provide anything. Book to start the work and leave the rest for us

· How often you can provide cleaning service?
This is depends on customer’s needs and schedule. It can range from one time, daily, weekly, to monthly.

· How does pricing work?
General service pricing are in our website. We also offer specials and discounts regularly. For more information and free estimate, please contact us.

· What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept three major payment methods including cash, check and credit card

· When to pay for the service?
Generally, payment is required when our technician complete their work, unless other arrangements have been made prior to the appointment.

· Do you work on Weekends and outside regular business hours?
We do work on Weekends and off-hours on a case by case basis. It is the best to check with us to see if arrangements can be made.

· Do you use any harmful chemicals?
We use chemical that are formulated to have low environmental impart and non-toxic to humans and pets

· Can I easily change my schedule?
